Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on excellent customer service. In absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening/closing procedures.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, maintain confidentiality, and manage merchandising and displays. A high school diploma is preferred, with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must possess strong computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise and present merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays.
