Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are unavailable onsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

This full-time role requires effective communication, supervision, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and coordinate with store management to ensure execution.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planogram and maintain off-shelf items.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
