Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• 6+ months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• 6+ months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products; handle cash and maintain store safety and security.
• Coach team members and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
