Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in varied restaurant positions.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Professional cooking experience and food quality control.
• Guest-service experience, preferably barista and bar.
• Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and train others.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality food and beverages to order while maintaining quality, timing, and consistency standards.
• Providing gracious hospitality while assisting guests in all aspects of service.
• Perform opening and closing service and kitchen duties.
• Prepping, restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain a pleasant, safe environment for team members and guests.
• Follow sanitation procedures.
• Utilizing recipes and portion control.
• Balancing high volume with high quality.
• Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner.
• Maintaining knowledge of all menu items.
• Performing opening and closing restaurant duties.
