Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead in Burlington Township, NJ to support management, help create a welcoming guest environment, and lead the team during each shift. You will also gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.

This role offers practical store-ops exposure, leadership development, and a pathway to grow with a fast-paced, growth-oriented brand. Local Food Handler certification may be required; ADA duties apply.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent
• Ops experience or Food Safety knowledge preferred
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required at applicant's expense

Responsabilidades

• Support in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
