Job summary

The Skinny Pancake is seeking a Cook for our UVM campus restaurant in Burlington, VT. Full-time and part-time team members are welcome to apply.

You’ll contribute to a casual, fast-paced environment, receive comprehensive paid training, and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. Competitive hourly pay range of $15–$19, depending on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision options, shift meals, 401k, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Must be reliable, honest and respectful to others.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Cook crepes, food prep, and line work.
• Assist with dishwashing or prep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to sanitation procedures.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and balance high volume with quality.
