RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and drive store performance. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction while upholding RaceTrac’s standards.

You’ll play a pivotal role in training future leaders, managing inventory, and keeping the store clean and efficient during your shift. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time to drive results and guest satisfaction.
• Train and guide team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, write-offs, and compliance documents.
