RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You’ll motivate a diverse team, coach staff across duties, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive performance, manage inventory and cash handling, and support leadership in maintaining a high-energy store culture. This role offers growth opportunities within RaceTrac’s store network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can‑do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
