RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead by example on a fast-paced store floor. You will empower team members, drive performance, and ensure guest satisfaction by modeling RaceTrac’s core values and standards.

You’ll manage shift operations, coach staff, handle cash, and maintain inventory and store cleanliness while delivering exceptional service and fostering teamwork. Flexible scheduling and a strong benefits package support growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service (preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet RaceTrac’s guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee key store processes including write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
