Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
• 1+ years of leadership of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfort in fast‑paced, high‑volume, guest‑focused environments
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same
• Strong communication and team building skills

Responsibilities

• Guest greets and interacts with guests, recommending products to enhance the guest experience
• Manages the store operations on designated shifts
• Makes inventory in a neat and organized manner
• Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service
• Fosters positive and professional relationships with co‑workers and guests, communicates respectfully, and maintains a consistent team‑oriented attitude
• Addresses employee and guest concerns on designated shifts
• Leads by example of RaceTrac’s core values and develops team members
• Directs, plans and apportions work of store team members on designated shifts
• Monitors safety and food safety regulations and compliance
• Rings up guests and ensures the store is clean and well maintained
• Stocks shelves and conducts shelf inventory
