Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Hybla Valley to lead kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will collaborate with leadership to manage prep, opening and closing duties, orders, and stock while upholding safety and cost controls.

The role emphasizes professional leadership, effective communication, and hands-on training of staff in a fast-paced environment. Various shifts available, including overnights.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidance is followed.
• Ensure equipment safety and functionality.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Model professional and ethical leadership at all times.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development of employees.
