Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in Georgia (Dickson area) seeks a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and uphold operational standards while delivering a great guest experience.

You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and help train crew under the General Manager, focusing on service speed, accuracy, and cleanliness. The role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach crew during each shift, assign tasks, and recognize achievements.
• Deploy staff to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout shift.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by management.
• Set goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Model exceptional guest service and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests and manage cost controls.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Report equipment issues and communicate opportunities to management.
