Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will train new team members, manage cash handling, and support food safety guidelines while assisting in opening and closing procedures. This role also requires standing for extended periods and flexibility including some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience is required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
