The role emphasizes team leadership, accuracy in POS transactions, and maintaining high product quality while supporting a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle payments according to policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies; report issues to plaza leadership.
