Krispy Kreme in Greensboro, NC is seeking Shift Supervisors who want to master their craft and deliver a WOW experience for our guests. You will oversee an assigned shift and partner with shop leadership to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations from start to finish.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performance team, managing service flow for safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, and assisting with scheduling, onboarding, and training.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of relevant experience required.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable culture.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Travel 0–10% as needed.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive culture.
