Health & Human Services - Agency 25 in Beatrice, NE is seeking a Developmental Technician Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm). You will supervise Developmental Technician I and II, model professional interaction, oversee active treatment, and ensure safety and compliance with IPP.

Key duties include staffing, medication administration, coordinating schedules, and transporting individuals to activities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have one year of direct support or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: experience leading a team and supervising staff.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to transport individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to Developmental Technician I and II on assigned shifts.
• Lead active treatment and ensure IPP goals are met while protecting residents' rights.
• Administer medications and monitor treatments as required.
• Plan staffing, schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage per contract.
• Transport individuals to community activities and appointments.
