Job summary

State of North Carolina - Health & Human Services, Caswell Developmental Center, Caswell County, is seeking a Health Care Technician II (S) to provide direction, support, and assistance to staff on the 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM shift.

You will help ensure the physical and emotional well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities and support their habilitation plans through training, personal care, and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to supervise staff and make assignments for shift operations.
• Must have basic knowledge of health care techniques and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, support, and assistance to staff during the shift.
• Ensure physical and emotional well-being of individuals and implement habilitation plans.
• Assist with training, personal care, domestic skills, and community integration.
