Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services' Pediatric Center of Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavioral Technician for the Neurodevelopmental Disorders Unit on the 2nd shift. This role provides hands-on emotional and physical support to children in a state-of-the-art facility.

The position involves maintaining a safe environment, assisting with daily living, supporting treatment goals, crisis prevention, and documenting care. Onsite schedule; weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of behavioral science education preferred.
• CNA certification or 1–2 years of college preferred.
• Compassion for children and an interest in behavioral health.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on emotional and physical support to children.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Assist with daily living and personal care, as needed.
• Support treatment goals and activities.
• Participate in crisis prevention, intervention and de-escalation.
• Document care and communicate concerns with the treatment team.
