Job summary

Midwest Center for Youth and Families, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, seeks a Supervisor of Mental Health Technicians to lead overnight care teams at its IN facilities. The role oversees clinical standards, staff development, and regulatory compliance within a DBT-focused program for youth ages 10-18.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & four years of work experience in a residential treatment facility or behavioral healthcare facility is required.
• Two years of supervision work experience required.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff deliver care in accordance with established standards of care & practice.
• Monitor & coach staff for implementation of policies & procedures.
• Ensure unit compliance with Joint Commission, state and other regulatory standards & patient rights.
• Evaluate program effectiveness & help formulate plans for improvement.
• Manage staff work schedules & compliance with policy.
• Complete staff evaluations & training within specified timeframes.
• Assist HR with interviewing candidates as needed.
• Ensure staff are providing appropriate skills coaching to patients.
• Oversees FTE management & milieu budgets.
