CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive performance through excellent customer service. When managers are off-site, you lead the team and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You’ll supervise crew, handle customer questions, maintain confidentiality, and support merchandising and stock duties to maintain a safe, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to reason and analyze situations.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Willingness to work early mornings, overnights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not on site and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and maintain a positive shopping experience following policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
