Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead store staff in the absence of the manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while upholding CVS customer service standards.

The role emphasizes supervising crews, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring confidentiality and quality in customer interactions. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store’s crew and coordinate activities with store management and teams.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments as required
