PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Greensboro, NC location to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving store goals. You will perform CSR duties, support the Assistant Store Manager, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

The role requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of management experience in a retail/financial services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and build positive relationships.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store objectives.
• Support Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations and in absence of Store Manager.
• Coach CSRs to ensure transactions meet service and compliance standards.
• Review checks within limits and assist with store marketing efforts.
• Manage schedules, cash, and store audits; maintain a neat store environment.
