Job summary

PLS Milwaukee is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store team and ensure outstanding customer service while meeting operating objectives. You will perform CSR duties when needed and assist the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of management experience in retail or related fields, excels in team motivation, communication, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Establish a strong customer service culture within the store.
• Support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals.
• Motivate store team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee transactions, cash handling, and CSR supervision in the manager's absence.
• Coach CSRs on transactions and superior service.
• Review checks within limits and support store marketing efforts.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with scheduling and audits.
