Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure quality service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory to match weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
