Job summary

CVS Health in Freeland, WA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, lead staff when managers are offsite, and ensure smooth operations including opening/closing procedures. You will drive customer service excellence and supervise daily tasks to maintain a well-run store.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues at the store

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle relations per policy, and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following planograms (POGs).
