You will train new team members, manage cash handling, and ensure daily opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and weekend coverage in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
