Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in the United States to support store management in driving store execution and performance. You will lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, with a strong emphasis on customer service and operational efficiency.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work with store management and crews; supervise the crew through directing and following up on activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Customer Service: Help customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; protect confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, inventories and maintenance per weekly/promotional/seasonal needs; reset departments after POGs.
