Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues per policy and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers; maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and ensure shelf readiness.
