Job summary

CVS Health in Concord, NH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and foster CVS customer service excellence. When managers are offsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, and helps deliver a positive shopping experience.

This part-time role requires flexibility including early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed; it offers a competitive hourly pay range of $16.50 to $24.00, with benefits

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical ability and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following planograms.
