Job summary

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in the absence of management and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and follow up on activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Merchandise, price, and stock shelves; manage displays and seasonal layouts.
• Reset departments following product guidelines and plansograms.
