Job summary

CVS Health Corporation, Columbia, SC, is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, lead staff during shifts, and ensure smooth operations. You will open/close procedures, supervise crews, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store presentation.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a preference for prior retail supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and crews to supervise activities.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, handle questions and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
