Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Cayce, SC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and maintain excellent customer service during openings, closings, and shifts without a manager on site.

You will supervise the crew, coordinate tasks, assist customers, maintain displays, and ensure compliance with store policies. This role offers part-time hours, competitive pay, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain weekly/promotional displays.
• Reset departments following planogram (POG) changes and manage inventories.
