Job summary

PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Milwaukee store located at 3975 N Teutonia Ave. This role provides leadership to deliver outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

The Shift Supervisor performs duties of a Customer Service Representative and assists the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations. The position requires English fluency and is a full-time role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in retail, hospitality, or financial services.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and integrity.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• English fluency; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service and building relationships with customers.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture within the store.
• Supporting the Assistant Store Manager in meeting store goals and objectives.
• Assisting the Assistant Store Manager with developing and motivating store team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervising the team’s activities in the absence of the Store Manager, including transactions and cash handling.
