Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When managers are offsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

Anticipated weekly hours are 29 with a pay range of $19.00 to $28.00 per hour. Candidates should have prior retail supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and be able to work early mornings, overnights and

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Supervise staff and coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
