Job summary

CVS Health in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will supervise crew, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays while upholding CVS policies and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle all customer relations issues per company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; maintain off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
