Job summary

CVS Health in Kernersville, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent service and smooth store operations. When managers aren’t onsite, you lead the team, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure merchandising standards are maintained.

You will help maintain customer service, supervise staff, and coordinate price and display resets to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and coordinate activities with store management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, upholding CVS service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, reset displays and manage weekly/promotional merchandise.
