Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in achieving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are off-site, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain CVS’s positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, merchandising, pricing, stocking shelves, displays, and weekly promotions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle relations per policy.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
