CVS Health in Henderson, NV is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you will lead staff and ensure smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite.
• Lead store operations to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
