Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, offering convenience, comfort and a broad food program. Applegreen is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure brand standards, and coach team members to deliver outstanding service.

You will manage opening and closing procedures, run the POS system, oversee cash handling, food safety, and cross-sell products while maintaining inventory and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Train new team members and follow brand standards.
