You will help build consumer loyalty by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures when managers are not onsite.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Flexible schedule with early mornings, overnights, weekends; willingness to work overtime.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in coordination with Store Management.
• Supervise the store crew: assign, direct, and follow up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while upholding CVS customer service standards.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price, stock and merchandise—execute displays, signage and weekly/seasonal inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain presentation.
