Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced coffeehouse team and deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. You will coach partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and manage tasks to keep service efficient.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment while maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Attend consistently and punctually, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety, with/without accommodations.
• Six months of roles involving frequent customer interaction.
• Six months of delegating tasks to two or more teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes; adapt as needed.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work of team to ensure smooth service.
• Provide effective communication and support to teammates and customers.
• Uphold safety, security, and store policies and guest experience standards.
