Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced store environment. You will coach partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain safety and store standards while delivering a welcoming experience to customers.

Responsibilities include directing tasks, training new associates, and maintaining consistent service during all shifts. A strong focus on teamwork and communication will help grow our community connections and store success.

Qualifications

• Attends regularly and punctually, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Follows store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience assigning/delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members to deliver consistent Starbucks beverages and service.
• Lead shifts with craft and heart to create a welcoming store environment.
• Maintain awareness of store policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver fast, friendly, accurate orders.
