Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will coach partners, uphold quality beverages and food, and maintain store standards across shifts.

In this role you’ll supervise team performance, manage operations, and partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences while prioritizing safety and community connection.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized per customer.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating a team of two or more.
