Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Attend to policies, cash handling, and store safety.
• At least six months delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food per standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and supervise team members.
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure quality beverages/food.
• Coach and delegate tasks to staff while maintaining safety and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and policy adherence across shifts.
