Qualifications

• Attend and punctuality required, with/without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.
• Maintain quality beverages/food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• Minimum 6 months experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead coffeehouse operations with craft and heart to welcome the community.
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized orders.
• Ensure store policies and standards are followed, including safety and security.
• Provide exceptional service and maintain a welcoming environment.
