Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Coach and delegate tasks to two or more employees to ensure smooth shift operations
