Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming environment for the community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and coordinate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of customer interaction experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to delegate tasks while maintaining store standards and safety. This role requires flexibility with hours and shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to staff.
• Experience preparing beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience for the community.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages, cash handling, safety and security.
