Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, including changes or substitutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and adherence to store policies.
• Coach and coordinate work of team members to meet service standards.
