Volunteers of America–Greater New York (VOA–Greater New York) is seeking a Shift Supervisor to organize front desk operations, coordinate non-clinical needs of families, and ensure client requests are met at the Pugsley Family Shelter in the Bronx. The role emphasizes safety, client engagement, and adherence to policies.
The position oversees daily activities, assists with transportation and lodging logistics, and executes emergency response when needed, including CPR and first aid.

Shift Supervisor
Organizes front desk operations, coordinates the non-clinical needs of families and guests, and ensures client requests are met. The Shift Supervisor orients clients to the program, engages them in services, protects client rights, promotes safety, and clarifies facility rules. This role operates at the Pugsley Family Shelter, an emergency family shelter located in the Bronx for families experiencing homelessness.
