Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for night shift at Harmony House in New York, NY. You will coordinate front desk activities, ensure policy adherence, document actions, and provide emergency assistance to residents during your shift.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Certifications in security, CPR/First Aid, and Fire Safety (F-80) required per program mandates.

Responsibilities

• Directs all front desk staff activities to ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of front desk activities.
• Provide emergency assistance to residents as needed and supervise incident management system.
• Monitor building safety.
• Conduct rounds at residence as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

The Front Desk Supervisor coordinates the operation of the program during the assigned shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred plus One-year relevant experience working in a similar capacity in a social services setting.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Certifications in security, CPR/First Aid, and Fire Safety (F-80), etc., also required, in accordance with regulatory mandates covering this program site.

Supervisory Role:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
